This is one of the reasons I have established Sky-Mountain Treks and Tours (P) Ltd. in 1999 in order to utilize my many years of experiences in the field of Tourism so that i could use the experience I have gained through many years of work in the field of Toursim. In my opinion tourist business is not only service provided to the customer, but also about understanding the customers needs and behaviour. So it is necessary to try to understand differneces between Cultures. In order for me to understand more I have travelled to many European countries like Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Holland, Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom as well as USA and Asian Countries like China, Tibet, India. In my profession, satisfaction for the customer is always in my mind. Taking the care of the costumer is based on Emphasis on Quality, Responsible Tourism, and Competitive Prices - i.e. value for money! Important is also Porter Protection. We take case about our staff. In this connection we provide comprehensive guidelines to our customers/clients, trekking guides and the agents on the Visitors Impact and the need of preservation of Local Culture. We do also work with Climate Care by contributing to Climate Care's projects to reduce carbon emissions and recycling policy.
